Empowering local organizations to publish locally relevant on-line content
-
More and more Malayalies are getting connected to Internet every day. Expansion of Akshaya program to more districts is accelerating this. At the same time sustainable participation of community will depend on availability of locally relevant information.
Objective of the Web4all program is to create a frame work to improve participation of local people in developing content. Web4all will also develop economic opportunities for small local IT enterprises by providing training and support on buiding and hosting low cost, high quality websites.
